I have seen people of many races, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, and nationalities commit acts of predjudice and hate against those who are not like them..What is it that makes people even WANT to hate each other? Look at what hate has done to this world, all the wars, terrorist attacks, religious intolerance, hatred of gays/lesbians/bisexuals, racial riots, hate groups, so-called 'patriot militias' and all kind of mean and violent acts in the name of hate...Will it ever change?

Two words will answer your question: Fear and Jealousy. Fear because they don't look, act, or behave like "we" do, and Jealousy because they don't look, act, or behave like "us".

no, it will not ever change, at least not until the Lord Jesus Christ comes back to earth to rule and reign. That is the ONLY time there will be peace on earth with no prejudice. However, if you are not a Christian and don't believe in the Bible here's a further explanation. People have prejudice due to cultural biases. They do not trust people that do not have the same lifestyle as they do. They always question why people act the way they do, dress the way they do, eat different items or cook a different way. They tend to look differently at people with different beliefs, different morals, different ethics, etc. God gave us all freedom of choice. Many of us abuse our choices by choosing to hold prejudices based on our upbringing or cultural heritage.

Not everyone is like that... but those that are may be because they are often judged by people who do not understand their situation, and are therefore extremely cynical because the view they have of someone different is never good. First impressions are the most important.

And I hope the hate towards gays/lesbians/bisexuals, racial issues, religious stuff, etc will stop, because it's ridiculous. God did not create us to be the same. As MLK Jr. said (may he R.I.P.), people should be judged by the "content of their character". Judging others without knowing them and without legitimate applicable evidence is rude, wrong and unfair.

Because people are always afraid of what is strange and different from what they are. And as for hate if it ever will change, Nopes it won't, because that's how the universe is balanced. With out the bad, there is no good and vice verse. In death we will finally find eternal peace.

no.
as long as man will have needs that he cannot provide for immediatly by himself and thus is dependent on society to satisfy , there will be a wish to decrease the people sharing the same assets ,what i mean is all acts of segregation are ultimately based on economic anxiety (fear of not having enough)
because that is a reason or motive that is obviously selfish and evil they are covered by other (ideological) or (racial) or (moral) issues.

Ignorance. I hope it changes soon as technology speeds up economic growth and spreads prosperity (and access to education) to all people.
