It suffered severe damage, but nothing structural aside from the entire roof. The inside is totally destroyed. They are getting nowhere and are getting so frustrated. The initial quotes were ridiculously low and now they are getting the runaround.

yes get a lawyer, my brother is one and he deals with this alot. have ur lawyer send them a letter and within 2 weeks i bet u settle!
