Google Earth does not use live satelite image,

Don't know any site using live satellite. But several are now using (A9.com), or switching to (Google), areial potography, which can frequently be more up to date than satellite. In addition A9.com can give you street scenes in several major cities (you can see individual properties at street level), but, again, it is not live.
I think that there are some security issues here that will not permit live feeds except to law enforcement, etc.

There are none. There are several services that provide images like what Google uses (much of which is arial photography, not satalite, by the way) but none of those are going to be live.

Good luck.
