Spirit of the West has a couple good songs (check out "Home For a Rest") as does Great Big Sea (try their better-than-the-original of REM's "End of the World"). Richard Thompson isn't what most people think of as "Celtic rock," but he's got a lot of appeal for (slightly older) people who like it.
