I would consider it a junkfood...but not on the same level as french fries and potato chips! Those to me, are the ultimate junkfood!

Cheez-its are more like an in-between! =)

Yes they're unhealthy and yes they are a junk food. Why not try something that will satisfy the salty craving, but still be healthy? Try some of the flavors of Wheat Thins. Pretzels are good too.

Yes, they are junkfood. They are unhealthy in eaten in large proportions, though.

Cheez-its are currently a food that is very high in fat which can raise your LDL(Bad fat) levels in your blood if you eat too many.
Having a high LDL can eventually lead to heart disease. You can still eat them but just keep it in moderation.
