It seems that we are just having no luck. We had a baby over a year ago with no problems, but he passed away 6 months ago. Any suggestions on how to go about with this? We are desperate to have another baby.

Normally the doctor won't do anything until you have been trying to conceive for at least a year. One thing you can do in the meantime is start charting. That way you will know just when you ovulate and just when to 'try harder' during the month. I use http://www.fertilityfriend.com It's a free site for charting. You just need to get a special thermometer and take your temp in the morning. It won't be a this month fix, but after 3 months you should see a pattern in you cycles and know just when you are most fertile. You can't always go by the guessing sites that say put in the length of your cycle and it's halfway between. I ovulate early compared to those but I would have never know if I hadn't charted. Good luck. I know how frustrating and heartbreaking it can be. I'm almost at the point of banging on the doc's door and demanding they find out what's wrong. If after a year you still haven't conceived I would ask for some testing. And if your doctor won't do it, find another one.

You have to begin charting you cycles if you're no longer already. I simply learned final week that we are anticipating and it took us two years and a million month to conceive without having a Fertility Doctor. I began by way of shopping the program at the internet site beneath. There could also be a ebook that is going extra extensive approximately a lady's cycle and fertility and I might particularly endorse you purchase the ebook. If you cycles don't seem to be traditional, it is tougher to get a keep of it (that is why it took us goodbye). Fertility Doctors may not do a complete lot to you if it is been underneath three years seeing that you could have been attempting. They may also ask you if you happen to've been charting your cycles to rule out the likelihood that you're simply lacking your dates. Take a appear on the website online and take a look at out the program loose for 15 days. It's powerful how a lot I did not understand approximately my possess frame. Good good fortune to you!

well there are ovualtion kits you can try im doing them now and they are great !!! you buy them at the drug store or any shop that sells pregnancy stuff... you buy an ovulation kit for 5 days it comes with 5 peeing cups and 5 tests you do one test a day for 5 days at the same time every day.... it sort of looks like a pregnancy test but for ovualtion.... it comes up positive when you are at your highest and that means you are going to ovulate in 24 - 36 hours so you have sex on the day you get a positive and the day after....its worked for alot of women thats just an easier thing to try so that when you know you are most fertile you can plan a romantic evening and just enjoy the night instead of worrying the WHOLE month about making sure that you and your husband had sex on certain days so goodluck and for the future CONGRATS

Nicole, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

A quick bio. Our fisr and second child are 16 months about. The third took 7 years to get here and we never used birth control. the only suggestion/s I have is this. Keep "practicing" ;-) as often as ya'll can stand it and also, get him to lift you up by your legs to let as much run down i nthere as possible. And give it a few minutes. That's all I know you can do, besides going to a fertility clinic.

I am so sorry for your loss. I can't even imagine what you must be feeling.

You could go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.

Buy ovulation tests
Take folic acid
Relax
After sex hold your legs up for 10 minutes

You could not be getting pregnant because you are grieving and under lots of stress.
When it is meant to be god will let it.
Your mind has alot to do with getting pregnant so maybe you should wait a lil bit more.

I am so truely sorry for your loss and i hope god grants your wish of becoming pregnant again.

First of all, I am so sorry for your loss. Second, I would suggest going to see your OBGYN. That is what I did when trying to conceive. It really helped.
