The second he leaves the house, call a lock-smith and get the locks changed. Then tell your boyfriend his brother is not welcome in your house and if he doesn't like that, he (the boyfriend) can find somewhere else to crash. If he loves you and respects you, he will pass it on to his brother that he can't come back. If the brother does come back, don't hesitate to call the police; it's your house, and you didn't invite him to stay. Don't let your boyfriend and his brother walk all over you. No offense, but it sounds like the boyfriend might be a deadbeat as well. I would give him a timeline to find employment and help out with the bills if he isn't already doing it, because you deserve better than that.

The problem is with your boyfriend as well as lack of communication. You need to sit him down and tell him your fears and concerns. It's his brother so remember he'll be caught between your love and his family. That's a rough area for someone to be in. So don't attack. Simply share your feelings with your man and tell him you'd feel much better if he set a time limit for his brother to be out of the house. That's compromise and he can deal with that. If he can't, then perhaps his loyalty to you isn't what it should be and you might want to think about kicking them both out. Good luck. And don't let them walk all over your good heart!

The .45 guy is an idiot who has obviously been in jail before or is wishful thinking. No..the way to get this guy out of your house is first to tell your boyfriend firmly that this guy came in univited and that you want him to tell his brother he has to move. If that doesn't work the only other way is to confront him yourself or call the cops. But be very careful...you being a woman there with two guys...

Be a real pain in the rear. Start nagging. Send them to the store for goodies for you. Make them clean the house and then nit pick about it. Tell them they need to shave. Tell them they stink. Make them move the furniture and cook. If they don't do it all complain. and complain. They need to get jobs. Play music they don't like. Play tv shows they don't like. Whine a lot.

You need to talk to your boyfriend. Address his lack of respect for you and your home. Maybe he needs to go too. Don't be kind to a fault, now you're not happy in your own home. Something's wrong.

Ask them to leave (both of them), then if that doesn't work, tell them. If that doesn't work, demand it. If that doesn't work, the police will work. Yes, it may cost you your boyfriend. But if you don't it could cost you a lot more. Think about it.
