Done is an action, a completion, what is the out come of that completion?

Nothing. This is not the right order of the question. What it should be is, "Think is to thought as do is to done".

"Think" is the present tense plural form of the verb "to think." Thought is the outcome of the verb "to think." "Done" is an adjective or the past participle of the verb "to do" Take the verb form, to try to create some sort of sense of this analogy. Then the outcome of the verb "to do" would be a deed.
