You can calculate P(B) by using the formula

P(A|B) = P(A and B) / P(B)

I believe you cannot calculate P(A) - there is not enough input for this (donjuanin's answer would be correct only if A and B are independent - but you didn't mention this in your question)

Hey Good Luck on the exam. Just out of curiousity, let me know what the answer ends up being. I took took 2 divided by 15 got 17 and 1 divided by14 and got 5 wich comes to 7/15. I'll ask my math wiz husband when he gets home and get back to you.

p(A and b) = p(B) . p(A/B)
which gives p(B) = 8/15
now,
p(A and B) = p(A).p(B)
p(A) = (2/15) / (8/15)
p(A) = 1/4
