Of course we're all adults and know that any type of tanning is "bad" for the skin. Having said that; I tan in a regular high pressure bed (12 min) and I get great results and only need to visit the salon about twice a week. I have used a bronzing bed which gives me more of a freshly baked brown look. I think the regular beds tend to give you a golden look while the bronzng beds give you a cocoa brown look. Just depends on which color you prefer. You can also buy tanning lotions that have a bronzer in them if you don't want to pay the extra $$$ just to use the bronzing bed. To start you might want to boost with the bronzing beds then go to the tanning beds. Or if you have been tanning and have not gone in awhile and are fading definitely the bronzing beds. But if you go just for some RNR then go to the tanning beds.

What is a reg tanning bed, I own a tanning salon and the meaning of the two are very similar I do have bronzing beds the bulbs are made to give color and not burn, but I y=use those new bulbs in all my units. Reg bed might mean old bulbs.

tanning beds because tanning beds make your skin look like a real tan and bronzing beds make you look fake and orange. not attractive!

tanning beds if you want a natural-esque looking tan, and bronzing beds if you want to look orange!

um take the quick way and get the spray on.. it is cheep and fast.. and well tans in just a few hours.. i do it all the time.. it can last up to 7 days or more if you do it right.. lol.. mama giggles.. Ouch that light bulb is hot... was that my gizzard..i smelt.. or my skin flesh burning..... l
