i luv this quy so much tat i can give my life for him but i dont understand how i started loving him. i know that love is unconditional but i love him so much and i dont even know him.
on the other side i have loved him for about 3 years now and i have only talked to him a couple times. since its summer break i wont see him for 3 months and i really miss seeing him

there are so many reasons to love someone you hardly even know. i got myself mixed up with a guy i didnt really know. in my mind i gave him qualities of a character in my favorite book. so out came the perfect guy!!! but he really wasnt that perfect. So you may really be in love, but you are probably not in love with this actual person. you are in love with somebody you invented that you gave the face of a real person. a summer is an eternity when you are in love. Live ur summer fast and hard with no regrets. it helps a lot. dont mope around at home. find some friends to hang out with, and dont think too much!!! thats a big problem for me. i think too much. only time will tell. and i guarantee you, somebody new WILL come along, that you love even more. this experience will make you a thousand times stronger.

Seek counseling. This sounds like an obsession to me. You are asking why you love him. If you have to ask, you already suspect that it is not rational. When you can't get thoughts out of your head (good, bad or indifferent) it is not healthy. It sets you up to make bad decisions. A counselor can help you work out you feelings and can help you deal with whatever you are avoiding in you life -past or present- that fixating on this guy is protecting you from.
Face it. He is a person, not a god. You don't need to worship him.
BTW: I've had a few serious crushes in my time too. Just don't let it get in the way of real life.

You have not interacted with this guy much, and in love it is important to know the other side of person as well. If you feel confident then you should talk to him openly. 3 years is a long time, so you need to act in one form or another. Longer you wait like this more stronger your feelings will get without understanding much as what is going on.

hmmm.....everyone has that kind of feeling where they overly obsessed. Just try not to think about him. I know it sounds so hard, but try. If you dont think about him, you wont think about missing him much. I know how you feel. Just try to keep yourself occupied so you can keep yourt mind off him.
