Just tell her that you are in a tough financial situation and that you need her to start paying rent. She may just leave on her own. You should also talk to your wife about it first!

Talk to your wife..let her know how you feel..tell your wife to talk to her and let her know that if she is planning on staying there she needs to put in her half..let your wife know that enough is enough you know she loves her sister but you and your wife how a life of your own and can't afford to keep forting the bill for her..I don't know why the sister in law is living with you..for personal matters or what..but you can only do to much..Good Luck

Sorry, but it's up to your wife to kick out her own sister. If your wife wants her to stay, you're out of luck. If it's unbearable, then pack your bags and move out. Make sure your wife knows the true reason you're leaving, though.

You have to talk to your wife about it and let her know that it isnt fair for her sister to be free-loading off of you guys... her sister seems to be taking advantage of both of you.

you both need to talk to eachother about it and come to an agreement. after the decision has been made, your wife should go talk to her sister and tell her what you both have decided.

I told my fiancee no to his brother even living with us. Have a talk with her, and if things don't get better talk to your wife.
