Well nothing will do it overnight. Don't overwash your face as that may just irritate your skin. I have heard people say toothpaste will help (leaving it on overnight). If you have something over the counter (Clearasil or Aveeno Acne med) then use that.
Here is a trick for tomorrow though... do you have eye drops to get rid of the red? It may take several treatments, but I have had success "getting the red out" of my zit! I usually like to apply a little of the stuff with a Q-tip or rubbing it in with my finger. A little droplet at a time to the area will do it... just be patient. Of course makeup will help to conceal it once it gets little lighter. Don't expect a miracle, but it can help get rid of the intense red! Good Luck!

Hello -
If you need to get rid of the pimple immediately, try applying to it a washcloth soaked in very hot water. Eventually, the pimple will rupture, and you can dab it lightly with a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol on it, to prevent it from getting reinfected.
If you have at least overnight, try applying toothpaste (which will dry the blemish). You can also try honey (which has antiseptic properties) or, if you have it around, Preparation H. But don't tell anyone you put Preparation H on your face.
Good luck!

1 take a hot wash cloth and hold it on the pimple.
2 when the washcloth cools, repeat step 1.
3 Eventully the pimple will pop on it's own or will be easily popped and most of it's contents will flow out requiring little squeezing
or
go outside in the sun, be active, wash your face with special face soap. That'll help clear your face naturally so you won't have to pop as many pimples.

Do not mess with it!!!! Make a wash cloth as hot as your skin will allow. Press it on the problem area until the wash cloth cools. Repeat this several times. The area will be pink for awhile and thats okay. Now put an ice cube on it. In the morning it should be on the way to healing. NEVER pick at them........

If you need it gone ASAP, dab some Preperation-H hemmorhoid cream on it. It sounds gross but just think: If it can shrink a hemmorhoid...it can shrink a pimple. Just dab it on the zit before bed and when you wake up it should have shrunk enough that you can just dab it with concealer.

keep your face really really clean. Wash it with a plain, unscented soap and also use salt water to dry it out. You can also put a bit of toothpaste on it (only if you are at home alone!) and the alcohol in it will help dry it out as well. Try not to touch it (even with clean hands) - this will put more oil and dirt in your pores.

Lemon juice will help reduce the redness. Put toothpaste on at night and wash it off in the morning. And coverup of course. Also try using tea tree oil.

WATER! Water is the cure for most of our physical problems. You must drink more water, wash your face, and wash your hands before you touch your face. Pimples are casue mostly by clogged pores, and the pores are clogged with dirt and oil. The oil comes from your skin and the dirt come from your hands and from dirty surfaces where you place your face.
Break Down:
1.Drink more water
2.Clean any surface where you place your face.
3.Wash your hands (Sanitizers will surfice)
