What in the world is "brow"? Do you mean like an "eyebrow"? I would never think everything means eyebrow. Here, let me get out my "street slang" dictionary and see if it's in there.

"Brother" is a black term of unity originating from their Southern Baptist roots. The need for unity terms arose from the civil rights struggles of Blacks in America. "Brother" does not mean specifically "my mother's son" but generally refers to all fellow black males in relation to one another. Blacks sometimes shorten words so the word brother is sometimes heard as "bra" or "broh."
