With the information you have provided there are several possible answers. If you have not taken any pills yet, the correct answer is 60 minutes. If you have taken a pill already and the time is starting from that point, then the correct answer is 90 minutes. Also, you failed to specify the correct dosing. Is it 3 pills taken every 30 minutes? 2 pills taken every 30 minutes? or 1 pill taken every 30 minutes. In which case you have the possible answers I already gave you and zero minutes. As there are so many possible answers this question cannot efectively be answered without more information.

Depends, how many are to be taken every 30 minutes? If the individual is supposed to take three pills every 30 minutes, then once those are taken, then they are gone. If it is one pill every 30 minutes, then it would be one hour and 30 minutes before you run out. Although, I have to admit I'd be more curious as to know why the person is having to take pills every 30 minutes. Medicine is usually taken so that the timed intervals are in line with the peak amount of medicine. Those have to be really poor pills, very poor medicine, to have to take it every 30 minutes (because that means that the drug reaches peak and then starts to decline within 30 minutes and if you are having to take all three at a time, well I think I'd ask the doctor to prescribe some more effective medicine!! But that's just me).

It depends on when you took the last pill. But if you take one now, it would be an hour when you run out because it would be one then 30 minutes then two then 30 minutes then three. So 30+30=60 minutes = 1hr.

0 If you take the three pills that are left (together-which is what the statement implies), you will have 0 pills to take 30 minutes from then. If you are to take 1 pill every 30 minutes, you will take all three in 1 hour.

You will be out of pills right away.
If I read the question right you have to take three pills every 30 minutes so if you take them now you will be out and you won't have 3 more to take in 30 minutes.
