I want someone to kiss me on the cheek after I kiss him on the cheek.

Just smile and lean towards him, and turn your face to the side and offer your cheek.
No guy could refuse.

You can't MAKE him do anything.

it is very uncommon for a guy to kiss a girl on the cheek after a girl kisses him on the cheek, it's just our culture. girls kiss guys on the cheek, and guys don't.

how old are you no church tounge givem a kiss anytime... trust me if hes a guy and you kiss him he won't care and you might get lucky. i mean wuts the worst that could happen if hes straight.

how old are u??? lol....dang.....i would have to say, tease him be like "ur such a chicken!! u act so immature! i bet you think girls still have cooties!!" and he'll prolly say its not true, so then you can be like "prove it, give me a kiss on the cheek" and just mess with him...well, thats what i would do anyway. lol. or do what this one guy did to me and be like "you hurt me feelings...u owe me a kiss" he still claims i owe him 2 kisses now.....actually more....but i lost count XD haha. well, good luck. and have fun. lata.

Don't move!!!!! After you kissed him, just stay there for a couple of seconds and that will make him kiss you back. It's a move that he can't avoid.

Have you tried turning your cheek so that he can reciprocate? Or just merely asking him to reciprocate or telling him what you want? (The "direct approach.") Sometimes you just have to ask for what you want or you may be waiting forever.
