This is not an area that could ever be taught it's finding yourself within the caller. What would you like to hear or keep you amused long enough to listen? Write a few scipts and study them as the most annoying thing about salespeople is when you know they are reading a card. After a while you'll find what works and what doesn't and stick to it.
Good luck!

forget iceman365, work as an admissions representative for post secondary school like Phoenix or ITT. You'll make AT LEAST 120 cold calls PER DAY. If you don't learn any techniques there you never will.

You have to be different. If you try to be liek everyone else, people won't want to talk to you. You need to think outside of the box. Be confident in your product, and speak clearly.
