Try video downloader at http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php. It lets you download vidoes from places like youtube and the such, and also embedded videos, like quicktime trailers.

Try right-clicking on the video. If you get "Save..." as one of the chooses in the menu, you can download the file. Just "Save" it to your hard drive. If there is no "Save" option, then the video is blocked (or in a non-downloadable format like flash) so that you can not download it.
