Water. As a liquid it sculpts the landscape, sustains life, and dissolves most other substances. As a solid, it expands to a state less dense than as a liquid, can support immense amounts of pressure (trucks above the Arctic Circle drive on ice roads), and can rip through steel hulled ships. As a gas, it provides a remarkable stable compound of the volatile Hydrogen and combustible Oxygen which allows it to drive out weather system.
Also, water acts as both an ionic and molecular compound, as if that weren't enough already.

according to the second law of thermodynamics, the total entrophy or disorder of the universe increases with time. for example, your room gets messy when u dont clean it. but when u try to make things orderly, u r actuall borrowing energy in the form of stored food, to make a specific thing ordered. But, the total disorder of the system increases

The strong nuclear force, the weak nuclear force, the electromagnetic force and gravity impact the makeup of your "substance". Together, these forces will outlast whatever "substance" you suggest. Which of these forces will outlast the others is unknown. They all have their redeeming qualities.

I want to say a dark star or better referred to as a "black hole", and not just any black hole but the black holes that are recently formed and at the center of entire galaxies.
