Alternator belt might be loose or power steering unit is shot. You can check your belts by pulling to see if it's got to much give(very easy to tighten).Check fluid in power steering unit

Sounds like the transmission. Make sure the transmission fluid reservoir is full. Depending on your transmission, model of car, etc., you also may have a transmission filter that needs changing. If the fluid is full, and the noise bothers you, go get it checked out by a professional.

A whining noise or a squealing noise? Squeling noise will be a bad belt, probably on the alternator. A whining noise may be a defective alternator bearing or diode.

This could be your oil pump getting old or just that the oil needs to warm up a bit. without knowing the age and milage etc. of your car its hard to say for sure. Talk to a trusted mechanic in your town.
P.S. check the oil level
