One of the quests has me go into a cold area where I kill an abonamal (sorry about the spelling) snowman. Then I find a man entraped in ice. He is dead. What do I do. I can't get it off my current quests so I know I'm not done yet. I've searched the whole area and I can't figure it out. I got some sort of ice resistant potion that a mage gave me but all that does is help me not use up my health so fast. What do I do? Please help.

You need to look for the tears of the ice-trapped guy. There are five of them, and they're scattered around the chunk of ice.

The tears are very hard to see. The important thing to know is that the 5 tears are located only in the snowy area (the area that damages your health). Some are on the ground around the ice man. Others can be found on the rocks/ice in this area (middle where the ice man is). The tears are clear so they blend with the ice and snow. I took me sometime to locate all of them. Good luck!
