Today, I was in the lunch room and the girl in front of me walked back and my spaghetti went all over my clothes! I didnt have any extra clothes to wear and didnt want to wear my gym clothes. After that, I made my mom pick me up. Everybody was laughing at me and it was SO humiliating! Tomorow I HAVE to go back. What should I do?

Well it's not the best thing it can happen to you... and never is. But sometimes you just have to face to world. Some things you can do is 1. ignore the comments 2. Make a joke out of it like "Yea... it sucked, but hey it reminded me about my favorite food when I was going home!" Don't walk away from your humliation but just make the best of it and it'll go away sooner than you hiding away from it!

There's worst things than that. In third grade, my pants fell down in front of the WHOLE school (because we all ate lunch at the same time) and I was in the middle of the cafeteria. I still think about it, but I think that if it didn;t happen to them, they'll 1) forget about it completely or 2) forget who/what happened

First of all stay away from the one that bumped you,,, lol. No honey just suck it up and go to school with your head up high , be happy that your mom came to get you. Put a huge smile on your face and trust me there will be MANY MANY MANY more embarassing moments to come .

It may not be that big of a deal to everyone else tomorrow. It was probably embarassing today, but if you don't let people know that you were upset, they probably won't make a big deal about it. Best way is to laugh it off.
