Is a "pinpal" where you stick pins in your pal??? Inquiring minds want to know.

In the first place, please spell penpal correctly, unless you do intend on sticking pins in your pal! I wouldn't want to converse with a stranger over the web, you never know who you are talking to. I think you would get more accomplished reading the dictionary than spending so much time on the computer.
