A month ago I would have answered "coffee" as the thing that gets me up and going. But now, after having a heart attack at such a young age, I say that my wife and children get me up and going. Life goes on without caffeine and junk food.

i wake up and i think a little and then i figure out that today is just another day it could be my last soo i must have fun.. i get dressed and i leave the house and when i come back and the day is done i hope that the next day is just as fun.
