Osama has always been the #1 most wanted terrorist in the world. al-Zarqawi is just the the #1 most wanted in Iraq....

yes and no,,, Zarqawi and his bunch are the George W. Bush Al Qaeda,,,formed in Iraq,,,, Osama should still be #1 and the other 11 from the DOD's Deck Of Cards,,,, but who knows,,,, this bunch in the White House change the rules so ofter,,, I can't remember the first 5 reasons to go to war in Iraq
