I think he should come back, he is a great entertainer, however, he isn't going to come back, he just made a statement not long ago saying he is officially retired as a wrestler.
He should defiantly be put in the hall of fame!

Definately but also he shouldnt give up his acting carreer
My fav movies are walking tall and welcome to the jungle
I grew up with schwartzenegger and thought he was a great but the rock is better. I also think he should be a role model for kids

rock is too young to be a hall of famer, i think his movie career has been pretty lame (be cool was ok but essentially he was playing a pastiche of himself- a former tough guy trying to make it in movies)
Would love to see him come back in his heel role, his last feud with hogan was amazing despite having to work with the geriatric hulkster.

I think he will come back for one off fights in Wrestlemania in future years. I do not believe they will build a story around him.
