Burn more calories then you intake. As long as you burn more of the calories you take in, you can lose up to 2 lbs a week, and that's do it safely without health hazards. Good for you in not wanting surgery or pills..It's called the negative effect...eat 2000 calories, burn 2010. Work out really hard, every day, watch what you eat, and do little things like smile and laugh, take the stairs instead of the elevator...so on and so forth

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

Eating tuna, boiled eggs, water, and jogging everyday for at least 30 min. You'll lose a good 5-10 lbs after a week. Whether it stays off or not...worked for me though.

run a mile 3x a week, drink lots of water, cut carbs late at night. Get on a regular routine and it will work. I lost 30 lbs in around a month through that regiment.
