your hands can get wider and thicker with hard work but once you are fully grown they will not get longer unless you get a disease called agromegaly where jaw, feet and hands elongate

No honey, that is impossible. Your hands grow until the adolescence as your bones grow too. What's wrong with your hands? If they're small accept them like that. What is worse is born without them. At least you can use them to eat, to touch, to hug and so on.
