For right now, worry less about reporting them and more on getting on one hell of a good firewall so it never happens again. ZoneAlarm is a very trusted and reliable program. If you know who is doing it and their Internet Service Provider, contact them and report them so they get disconnected. If you have information on them, report it to your local sheriff's department and have them check for evidence to prosecute for crimes against you.
