Girl screams for her father..death everywhere....Palestinians say it was an Isreali shell, Israel says it's a hamas mine.....who do you think is responsible?...I think it was Isreals fault, a 3rd party human rights groups says the same thing.....They dissagree with Israel saying they are the shards of a mine.........although Hamas attacks Isrealis it is highly against their philosophy to plant bombs in crowded beaches...and I don't think a mine would cause that many deaths or an artillery barrage...but thats my opinion whats yours?

Well Israel says it's not them fault. But i doubt it.It wouldn't be the first time a missile has mistaken it's target. Then there are witnesses who say that it was most probably an Israeli shell.
"A Pentagon-trained ballistics expert working for the US-based organisation Human Rights Watch is here in Gaza.

He has surveyed the scene and has forensically examined evidence from the beach. He concludes that the explosion was probably caused by an Israeli shell."

It was a political move by Hamas to rally the people around the concept of "fear and violence" to maintain their position in the government. This is a familiar tactic. We have seen it in our own country, however, our leadership uses the media and other tools to stir up the population. The value of life here is more important. Those people that died will be considered martyrs by the Hamas leadership as dying for the cause. The Israeli military is very sophisticated and has tracking devices for every action it takes, and surely passes that information on to the US military. Everything is documented and verified using advanced technology. So they have the proof they didn't do it. However, as usual the world will not check the evidence and will fulfill their own agendas, including the media ownership.

This is another Mohammed Al-Durah style staged Paliwood production. Visit the site below, now.

Charles Krauthammer got it so right:

"It was another one of those pictures that goes instantly around the world. A young Palestinian, wailing in wretched sorrow, grieving over her dead father, stepmother and five siblings who had been killed by an explosion on a Gaza beach. Then came the blame. Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas (he's the moderate) immediately called the killings an act of Israeli "genocide" and, to dramatize the crime, legally adopted the bereaved girl"

The whole thing stinks of the Mohammed al-Dura case, where Arabs shot and killed their own people and got the world to blame the Jews

Or of the "massacre in Jenin" a few years back
