There's an easy way to remember to conjugate all infinitive verbs ending in -er in french in the present tense( I'm assuming you want to know how to conjugate 'nager' in the present tense.) First you remove the infinitive ending, ie, the -er in 'nager' to get the root of the infinitive, in this case, nag-. Then you ad the following endings:
1st. person sing. -e 1st. person pl. -ons
2nd. person sing. -es 2nd. person pl. -ez
3rd person sing. -e 3rd. person pl. -ent
Hence for 'nager', it becomes:
je nage nous nageons
tu nages vous nagez
il/elle/on nage ils/elles nagent
note: the 1st person plural in 'nager', like 'manger' has an -e before the ending -ons.
so you just apply these endings to all regular infinitive verbs ending in -er to conjugate them in the present tense. Note that these endings do not apply to irregular verbs ending in -er like 'aller'. hope this helps.
