Why does it matter how you look on the outside? Guys may go for the more desirable girls in the beginning but in the end, they look for the girls that are pretty on the inside. If you believe you are pretty on the inside, they will see this and think you are pretty. Self confidence is the first step.

There is no real way to answer that unless, you can include your personality. There are some extremely attractive women out there that ruin it with their horrible personality. Then there are women who aren't the "hottest" but have a personality that makes up for it. Most guys look for the girl of their dreams (looks and personality), but they are extremely rare.
