If rest of house is ok, then there is a problem with the line to your shower. Maybe the valve in the basement is only opened partially? Maybe the shower head is plugged up, or just crappy. Try replacing the shower head. It makes a huge difference in pressure.

I am a journeyman plumber, I would first pull of the shower head and make sure that it is not plugged with debris. Turn on the water with the head off and check pressure if it is still low then it is something stuck in the valves or piping issues. Is it a single handle or double? How old is your house?
