What's the correct spelling? It means meeting of the minds of something like that.

Meeting of the minds is réunion des esprits in French. Do you know anything else about the word you're looking for?

EDIT- this is the only place that I found that might help you, but it has charette under design. I hope this helps.

Oh, I just skimmed it further, this may be what yout boss is looking for.

The correct spelling of the french word of brainstorming is Charrette. You were so close at spelling it correct. Hey, you're lucky to have a good friend like me to tell you the answer.
