And i think i should gain weight but How ? And i do eat alot of fat stuff that usually help you gain weight but it doesnt work

you stay the way you feel.Don't listen to your friend you live it the way you want to.

Fatty food will just help you gain "bad" weight. Just eat healthy. Lots of fruit and vegetables and lots of protein. Lean meats like chicken are good. If you're underweight, you might be a little anemic too (low iron) so make sure to get a couple servings of lean red meat (steak, ground chuck or sirloin) a week. Exercise (but not to excess) to build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Stay away from soda, it'll dehydrate you. Drink at least 5, but better yet 8 glasses of water a day. It'll help flush the impurities from your system and keep your skin, hair and nails healthy. Not to mention give you more energy.

Work out a bit and eat a lot of protein and carbohydrates. That way, you won't gain fat and the nutrients will go towards building up your body instead of going straight through your body.

I think that when people say you are too skinny, it's just a way of teasing you (in a nice way of course... lol). If you are comfortable with your weight, then don't try to do anything about it. Maybe you just have a fast matabalism, that's nothing to be ashamed of. Love yourself, and don't listen to anything anyone else says.

well...u shudn't really care what ur friends r saying about ur weight..UNLESS you are harming urself because you are too skinny.. but if u do want to gain weight, just eat bigger portions of everything..i don't know if that is the right way to do it, but whenever i find myself gaining weight, it's because i'm always eating larger portions than i normally do, especially on vacations and such..

There is no such thing as too skinny. If you're freinds think you are too skinny because you aren't eating or throwing up then just get some help. Your freinds could just be jealous because you are thin and they aren't.

She shouldnt talk to you like that sweetie. some people are just lucky like that and are skinny. and your friend might be jealous. but if you feel you are to skinny then try protein shakes. GOOD LUCK!!!

girl don't change, always remain the same. if they are really your friends, then they would accept you for you are. because if you get really big, their going to be telling youo to lose weight. enjoy that size while you can.

eat food with calories and eat donuts chocolates, etc. anything like that!
