I've been crusin' the site and i see a lot of people suggesting the Atkins's diet. And I gotta tell you this is a horrible way to loose weight. B/c it is only carbs, your body doesn't get enough fiber (which is a big part of what it needs to survive). Fiber is how your body processes waste from your system. I had a friend that was on this diet for 6months and she finally had to go to the doctor because she started to pass blood! She followed the diet step for step.
If your really want to loose the weight, drink lots of water eat a lot of fruit and dark green veggies ( all are high in vitamins and mineral as well as FIBER) You can even do a 1-3 day juice fast. where for the 1-3 days you drink nothing but fresh fruit or veggie juice, herbal teas, and water. You could even put a slice of lemon in your water. (lemon water purifies the blood.) You could also try homemade lemonade: Half a lemon, a 6oz cup of hot water, 1/4 tsp. ground Cheyenne pepper, and 2 tbsp. grade A organic Maple syrup.

Eat a raw food diet for a full week, only eat uncooked veggies, fruit, salads(no dressingand no bread) and lots of water. After the first week, switch and maintain an extremely healthy diet that is exactly 300 calories less than you eat now. Eat only low fat dairy and when it comes to sauces aka salad dressings, mayo, bbq , just say no. Exercise and let your body do its best. Don't push yourself too hard because you can do permenant damage to your body if you are not careful. We all want to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks, but killing yourself really is not worth it.

I can tell you the absolute best way to lose weight fast. I lost over 40 pounds in less than 5 months doing the Atkins Diet and it's easy cause you are never hungry..just eat lean meat, green veggies and healthy fats. Leave out the white flour, sugar and starchy vegetables like sweet corn and potatoes. Drink lots of water and the weight will just melt off you. My first week I lost 4 pounds and I've kept all my weight off for over 2 years..my cholesterol is better than ever and my blood pressure is amazing..good luck to you!

Lots of things can help lose weight, a good nights sleep, exercise, not eating too much junk food, eating sensible amounts of fruit and vegetables, and yes green tea may help do it's bit by assisting your bowel movement. Get more information here:

eat moderately, avoids foods high in calories. Get at least 1 hour a day of exercise, walking, bicycling, swimming, aerobics. That should so it for you and get you in better physical shape. Ive lost 85 pounds following that schedule. If it worked for me it should work for you.

Rise early, walk/run drink water B12metabolism, sit on floor for relaxing you do 20ct situp, leg raisesb/sides and arobic when you get off floor eat 6 small meals no big ones, nowhite food, limit yellow food, stay busy and smile alot! Change your goal to 10lbs, and firm, be happy and love yourself

well. eat 3 meals a day. and keep them moderate. eat enough to make you last. or you can eat six light snacks a day without meals. and exercise ! early morning runs, etc. if you can walk, then walk instead of using electronic means of transportation. and on weekends, dont just stay home ! go out and pick up a sport. learn how to swim. or play some tennis. bball. etc.

Do 30 minutes of cardio training [dancing, jogging, aerobics, yoga , running, bicycle, swimming, kick boxing ... ] and 30 minutes of strength train [weights, arms, setup, crunches for abs, legs workout and stretches]workout 3-6 times on week. 30min or 1-2 hours
