You'll probably either need a VGA cable. You can go to Staples, Fry's, or another store to get one. You might need a DVI cable. I'd buy the VGA cable, if it don't work, take it back and get a DVI cable, if that don't work get a VGA cable with a DVI connector. Or just write to Dell and tell them the type of addin card or contact the addin card makers. Good luck.

It depends on the type of connector. The best bet is to contact Dell, either via phone or internet, and give them the Service Tag number that is located on your system and they will be able to tell you exactly what you need and how you can order it through them

It's most often called a Digital Video adapter. It will connect your DB-9 to a DVI.
