That's nonsense. The sti would win of the bat.Trust me I've tried it in a Quater Mile Drag strip

The most important thing is the driver in this case. An STI can be driven very fast by an inexperienced driver. Even an inept driver can launch the STI at 4000 rpm with minimal wheelspin, because of course the AWD. The M3 of course requires a little skill. If you launch the M3 hard, you'll just spin the tires off. But, the BMW as far as everything else is far superior than the STI.

Yes, it can. However, it also depends on the experience of the driver and the type of track. If it's a less smooth track, the WRX would probably win. However, with a smooth track, horsepower plays a bigger factor. The BMW M3 has 333 horsepower versus 300 for the WRX STI.

king yellow is right. with the subaru's AWD, on dirt, it would kick the m3s ***. but on street, the m3 would win, but it all depends on driver experience, because the 0-60 times are very close.
