I am not a country music fan and I don't think it sucks. Music taste depends on the listener, and there is no genre of music that 'sucks'. If you do not like country, switch radio stations!

Nope. Alternative Country music is awesome.
Listen to Sarah Harner, Kathleen Edwards, Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle, Son Volt, and Wilco.........you might be surprised.

To a certain extent. For me it depends on what the song is about although the music could sound great. I just find that it's usually all about losing the wife, dog and house.
I do prefer rock...At least most songs get the wife, dog and house back! :p

well, country has only two sounds, male country, and female country. so, because i hate bands that have all their songs sound the same, then i must hate all genres that have bands and songs that sound the same.
