Abdominal cramps/diaphragm area-Slow down. if this doesn't help, press in firmly where it hurts and breathe out forcefully against your hand. I mean really GRUNT!! It should help.

Body, leg cramps-You could be low on sodium or just dehydrated due to excessive sweating. A sports drink such as gatorade can alleviate this. Don' gulp it down though or it can cause abdominal cramping.

Abdominal\Lower cramping- Too much food or high fiber/or high sugar before a run. Experiment with different foods\liquids before heading out and let them digest for about an hour. Do not run on an empty stomach though, you need the
fuel.

i hope this helps!!
