This is a very pretty song, kind of songs like a Dido song or a Jem type of song, kinda breathy and upbeat but I think a guy sings it. The chorus goes something like "so let go, let go, jump in, what you waiting for, it's alright, cause there's beauty in....". I think it's a beautiful song. Can anyone help me?

"Let Go" by Frou Frou. I got it off of the soundtrack for the movie Garden State, but it's probably on one of their albums too.
