If you are talking from the law, then I would have to say Croatia, you can rent a cheap place and just find a new name, its relatively easy. If not that, then buy a sailboat and just sail the world. No phone, nothing, the only problem is that if you were wanted by the law you couldnt just pull up in a harbor someone may recognize you.

since I live in Texas, and it is a big place..with a lot of large cities.... and I wouldn't want to be bored,,, and it also depends on who I am hiding from,, since I haven't ever hid from anyone...
I would chose San Antonio or Kerrville.. Kerrville is beautiful, and San Antonio is rather easy to get around.
Or, I guess my Dad's house.. he smokes and everyone knows that I hate going over there because it makes me stink, and my eyes burn....and so no one would look or think that I would go there...don't get me wrong,,he is clean,,and his floors are cleaner than mine,,,but he still is a puff daddy!
