Which Casino in Baton Rouge is better? Better buffet & gambling?

Also, which one is more likely to have $5 craps instead of a $10 minimum? I'm headed over there on Thursday and wanted to hit the right casino. Thanks!

Better gambling and buffet.

Many of the tables will have lower minimums during slow hours. If the table limits seem too high, just talk to a pit boss and see if they'll open a lower limit table. If things are slow, they frequently will.
