A brat is more like it.

It depends on why he's getting into a lot of trouble...maybe he's having trouble at school, like kids are making fun of him, so instead of trying to be the good kid, he does bad things first so other kids will like him. Or he's after attention from his parents.

Could be a sign for future rebellion if not taken care of right away! There are exceptions to the rule however, because it's only normal for any kid to not always listen to their parents, but if it's too frequent, then something needs to be done about it before it's too late.
That's just my opinion!
Good luck to you!

I guess the question is why does the kid do this...i wouldn't say they are a rebel...a rebel is someone who plays the game to get what they want in return. try the game...you may like what you get in return.

Rebel is one name for him/her..There are lots of names less nice to describe this kind of behavior. But whatever you call it there is some underlying problem with this child and they need to get some help,or a good spanking.

If that kid were in the paper, that's what we would call that kid. But otherwise, that kid's just a plain old stubborn brat.

Only if he was famous. Otherwise, he's just a kid who can't stay out of trouble.
