Do you think that there is a conspiracy and a cover-up? Or should I just "forget" about it.

and by involved I don't mean because we were the ones attacked... I mean involved as in being behind part of it. And there were alot of things to gain that most people do not realize. Is there a conspiracy or not?

its a very dark theory, and some people believe it and others dont. Im in the middle, but its certainly possible that the Bush Administration knew of the attacks before hand.

Some thing else to look at would be whether Bush actually won the 2004 election...

No, I don't think you should forget about your question. I don't know if you believe that fiction imitates life. There was a book written by John Grisham called the Brethren. In this book there was a candidate for president who adviser blew up an American embassy. They claimed it was done by terrorist. I think that our presidents advisers had something to do with the 911 attacks and use our fear of terrorism to make us forget that he stole his first presidency. So no don't give up read between the lines of every newspaper the truth is hidden there somewhere.

The american government was involved to a degree they set up funded and trained the al quida network to work for them in iraq against the hussien regimne this organisation was recognised as legal to the US govnt and attracted people from other countries such as the australian david hicks as well as british and american persons only after al quida refused to spill arab blood for the benifit of the US was the organisation outlawed. The US government is not motivated by the will or the benifit of its own people ( this can be seen by taking a look at your user pays aproach to basic things such as health care where if you cannot pay then you only get basic care other countries give the best care to all regardless of wealth or look at new orleans its still a ghost town why becuase there is no profit in rebuilding for the people.) The US government is motivated by the wealthy business comunities and their profit margins these Us companies are trying to change my country by importing cheap products from the asian markets refusing to stock local products which in turn is sending our farmers broke they are closing busneses they are trying to change our health system to the american way by pressuring our govnt to instill the user pays system our fuel prices go through the roof every fortnight for three days to co-inside with pay days and weekends. and we are not happy with these forced changes. if thes are taktics that the US used on the arab states then it is no wonder that they struck back

Man this sounds really similar to something that happened on Dec. 7 1941 (Pearl Harbor). Seems the president of the time knew that was comming too but wanted to get into a war. I didn't think this could happen twice in a life time. But the gov. knew and wanted this also. It's amazing how history repeats itself aint it.

You are insane and insensitive towards all family members who lost someone in the attacks. If you so believe in this so called conspiracy theory what would the US have to gain in destroying American people and property.

I don't think so. It was a horrible, tragic event. We basically created our own enemy. But in terms of a conspiracy, no. Our poor foreign affairs led to the attacks.

Only if you are into wacky conspiracy theories that have no basis in reality.
