have sex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

seriously it can take a while to get pregnant took me 18 months with my first

being overweight can make it a little harder

just try to stay healthy and make love in the middle of your cycle

relax sometimes getting anxious over it stop you getting pregnant
I went to my doctor after a year of trying she did test found nothing and as soon she refered me to a specialist for further tests i stopped trying so hard believing i may have a problem.
As soon as the appointment came through I got pregnant.

give another 5 months if you are still not pregnant have a chat to your doctor

Good luck

It took me 8 months to get pregnant after taking the pill. The pill has this effect sometimes. Its normal, as every woman is different. So dont worry, keep trying, think positive thoughts, and eat health, you should have a bouncing baby in no time!
Good Luck!

I am having the same problems, I concieved easily 4 years ago, then went on the pill. I have been off it for 4 months, and cannot get pregnant. I have put on quite a bit of weight since my first, and I've been told that being overweight can make conception more difficult.

I have also been told that lying on your back and lifting your pelvis after sex can help, but as yet I've had no luck.

Keep trying! I am!!!

Your trying too hard. Worrying about not getting pregnant is the one thing that will make it not happen!! Just carry on with your life as normal, eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and take Folic Acid tablets, do all the things you normally do, and it will happen. Besides, after only a year together, you need time to be two before you get to be three!! Very good luck for the future.

If you are trying to get pregnant don't smoke or do drugs no caffeine for both of you and after you have a menstrual cycle take your temperature and it will go up a couple of degrees when you are ovulating that is the best time to have sex there are also ovulation kits you can buy at the store that will tell you when you are ovulation there are also ovulation calenders that will let you know when you are most fertile. Also try not to have sex until you are ovulating because your husband sperm will be healthier

My Dear Comrade,
First of all you need to stay health, avoid anything that harm for your pregnant process like stay away from alcohol, cigarette or working as it heavy load works.

Rest is needed, avoid any drugs or un-necessary medicine.

Second, Consulting doctor and get a check up for both you and your husband.

Sure you will be fine and good luck

You need to have intercourse during your fertile days (when you are ovulating). An easy way to find out about your fertile days without having to learn a method, is to use the "cycle beads" (it's like a necklace with colored beads). They are used either to avoid pregnancy or to get pregnant because they help you know what your fertile days are.
If you would like to learn more about them, go to

Good luck!

Avoid all tensions.Have sex from 13 th day of periods onwards.Never leave 13.14.15 and 16 days.If your body temperature is high on certaindays they are days of more chance.Have food having all essential vitamins.while having sex let man be on top of you.Immediately after withdrawal of mans penis, keeps legs tighter.Donot allow leakage as far as possible.Donot immediately getup wait for minimum 5 minutes..You may be lucky in a month or two.Good Luck.If nothing happens even after 2 months both of you seek doctor advice. But I feel it may not be needed.

I have found that sex right after (your cycle) is the most firtile time to make a baby. It might work for you!!! Good luck and try not to stress yourself out about it, that will only make it harder if not impossable to get pregnant...
