Wash with a mild soap like Ivory and rinse and dry well. really a no brain-er.

If you clean your penis every day when you shower or bathe you should not have any smegma. When in the shower pull the foreskin all the way back and wash the whole penis well and rinse clean with the foreskin back and you should never have a problem again

clean it out really well. usually it's under the penis head. use Qtips, but make sure you wash and clean regularly.....
