Pretty far, actually. According to FIFA, they are #2 in the world's rankings after Brazil. I'd say if they keep doing well, they've got a real chance for the cup.

Yes the Czechs showed the weaker United States team what their in for in the World Cup.
Czech republic have always been a strong team, but have never actually made a mark in the World Cup, losing out mostly after the group stages. This years with players like nedved, rosicky, koller etc.
They are likely to be in the Semi's
but this is football, and thus highly unpredictable!

The Czechs could make it to the finals and could win if the ball bounces their way. The United States will have to get very lucky to get out of the first round, they are in a very tough group.

I think Czechs are the strongest but not the best team in WC ,they are though opponent for anyone and with some luck they can get very far.

Czechs you guys are good but you guys aren't going to vs every team that plays like usa come on,you should be praying for win against italy

Depends how they do against Italy. I still think Italy's talented enough to beat them. After today's match I could easily see the 2nd place czechs beating Brasil in the 2nd round.

My Czech friends are still razing me over this one. Farther then the United States if they keep it up. I just don't want Brazil to win, tired of hearing about them.

As long as the guy who had two goals vs the US keeps getting good looks on goal like he did vs the US they will go very far. Semi-finals is my guess.

unfortunately they will be eliminated by brazil in 2nd tour(i assume they will be 2nd after italy).it would be great to see them until final.
