Of course. That may be all the money they have and they may go hungry or their baby have no milk.. Yes, You must return it if at all possible.. It is the right thing to do..

yes I would. I would want someone to do the same for me. I think if we treat people the way we want to be treated there would be less anger and stress in our country.
