You must not be doing it right if so many eye lashes come out. Try a very soft eye makeup remover (almay or grassroots) before or after you wash your face. A really good face wash for getting rid of makeup is Oil of Olay's moisture rich cream cleanser. Also, if you use a toner when you are done with washing your face and using the eye makeup remover, it will help a little bit more. Grass roots makes the best toner in the world.

Face cleanser are harsh for the eyes, use eye make up remover, soak cotton wool in it, just leave it on the eyes, the mascara will dissolve, and gently swipe across. It will remove ur lashes.

I had the same problem. Baby oil is a good source but not the best. I highly suggest Maybelline make up remover. It works great and it's only $5. Sometimes baby oil can irritate your eyes.

Mary Kay eyemaker remover is great. Just shake the bottle, apply some to a cotton ball, set it on your lashes for a few seconds and gently wipe off! I love the stuff.

Mary Kay Cosmetic's has a great Eye Make-Up Remover that is gentle to your eye's. It takes very little effort to take off your make up and it also conditions your lashes at the same time. It's also safe if you wear contacts.

baby oil, works lovely. and dont scrub or wipe hard. Do it gently! Oh yeah and my friend just got her eyelashes tinted at the nail salon, for like 20 bucks. She got blue/black which looks so pretty. Its like dying your hair, and anyway she absolutely loves it. She now doesn't have to wear mascara unless she wants to apply the clear kind for thickness. And the best part, is 20 bucks last you 2 to 3 months of automatic dark lashes!

Use eyemaker remover, not only does it take off all make up including eye shadow but its formulated especially for eyes so it won't irritate them. I recommend Clinique but there are cheaper versions.
